The Final Framework Report Is Here!

The Thomas J. Evans Foundation has been hosting a series of meetings to consider plans for the future of Licking County due to the progressive changes taking place in this area. This vision, called Framework, was the result of fifteen jurisdictions working together to develop a plan that would provide the best desired future for local communities. This bound report will be available in the library reference section for the patrons to peruse. This book does not circulate outside the library.
